Peanut’s Creations is a small handmade business offering crochet plushies, hair bows, children's clothing, and other handmade creations.

We reserve the right to update our products, prices, policies, and website content at any time.

2. Handmade Products

All of our products are handmade with care and attention to detail.

Because each item is handmade, slight variations in sizing, stitching, fabric placement, colors, and overall appearance may occur. These small differences are part of what makes handmade items unique!

We do our best to accurately represent our products through photos and descriptions. However, colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings.

3. Orders and Payments

Full payment is required when placing an order unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order due to product availability, incorrect pricing, suspected fraud, or other reasonable circumstances.

If we cancel an order that has already been paid for, a refund will be issued.

4. Processing and Shipping

Processing times vary depending on the product, order volume, and whether an item is ready to ship, handmade to order, or part of a pre-order.

Estimated turnaround times will be provided in product descriptions or at the time of ordering.

Please note that turnaround times refer to production and preparation, not shipping transit time.

Once an order has shipped, delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided, additional shipping charges may apply.

5. Pre-Orders and Custom Orders

Pre-order items are made or prepared after an order is placed and may require additional processing time.

Estimated turnaround times will be listed with each pre-order.

Personalized, custom-sized, or specially customized items are final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Regular, non-personalized pre-order clothing may be returned according to our Return & Refund Policy.

6. Returns and Refunds

We accept eligible returns within 7 days of delivery.

Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before production begins.

Once production has started on a handmade or custom order, cancellation may not be possible.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to request a cancellation.

8. Product Safety

Some handmade products may contain small parts, embellishments, or accessories.

Hair bows and accessories should be used with appropriate adult supervision, especially around babies and young children.

Please inspect products regularly and discontinue use if any part becomes loose or damaged.

Hair accessories should not be worn while sleeping.

9. Website Content

All original product photos, designs, written descriptions, and other original content created by Peanut’s Creations belong to our business unless otherwise stated.

Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or commercial use of our original content is prohibited without permission.
