Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

• Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• Please contact us before sending your return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you if your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless we made an error with your order.

Pre-Orders

Regular, non-personalized pre-order clothing is eligible for returns within 7 days of delivery, provided it meets our return requirements.

Personalized, custom-sized, or specially customized pre-order items are final sale.

Final Sale Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:

• Personalized or custom-made items

• Custom-sized clothing

• Worn, washed, or used items

• Items outside the 7-day return window

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

If we made a mistake, we will work with you to make it right at no additional shipping cost to you.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before production begins. Once production has started, cancellations may not be possible.
